Members Training

We arrange regular training with Brian Hutton and Lesley Hill as well as a variety of other training including XC and preparation for team events. 

Monthly clinics with Brian Hutton, BHSI, with training either at a member’s arena in Elstead, or flatwork at a member’s arena just off the old Hogs Back in Runfold. We are extremely lucky to have Brian come to our club once a month, teaching all ages and abilities, across all disciplines. Brian is joint principal and a senior instructor at Talland School of Equitation. He has worked and travelled internationally and has successfully trained a variety of international riders and teams for show jumping, eventing and dressage. Brian was the Hong Kong equestrian coach for a number of years.  Dates for training with Brian Hutton below (all on Saturdays) – when booking with Tish please state what discipline you would like, and whether group or individual. Lesley Hill has very kindly agreed to run regular clinics at her lovely 20 x 60 arena (with mirrors). Choose between flatwork, pole work or jumping. Lesley’s yard is situated in Lynchmere, approximately 10 minutes from the Liphook exit on the A3. Lesley is well known locally, having taught RC and PC members for many years, and is experienced with all abilities. Dates for training with Lesley Hill – when booking with Tish please state which discipline you would like, and whether group or individual. Prices to be confirmed depending on numbers.
